Michelle Hannant is a Fashion Editorial photographer based in Norwich, England. Her practice predominantly focuses on nostalgia and time through her personal influence and love for the 1960's and 1970's and the impact that these decades pose to our modern generation taking inspiration from fashion, music, film and pop culture.
Her work has visual coherency with the use of colour and composition which she is currently continuing to experiment upon and has developed her practice through the involvement of working on location and in studio, styling models herself using sustainable methods as well as collaborating with others to achieve and elevate the production that she aspires to with curating her own personal projects. 
Her work has been published in Issue 25 of Storehouse Magazine as well as Norwich Evening News and Eastern Daily Press. She has worked with independent brands such as Moody’s Retro and Norfolk Retro alongside capturing campaigns for rising make-up artists, fashion designers and fashion stylists. 
Michelle would like to work within the editorial fashion industry as a photographer. With her career aspirations aligned and themes of her work focusing on time and nostalgia, she would like to work for brands such as Gucci, Lucy and Yak and The Hippie Shake who all focus on the the according themes.
